Joel Yanchuck

Joel Yanchuck, a St. Petersburg native, has dedicated nearly four decades to meeting the legal needs of the Tampa Bay community. In 1968, he began his legal career as an assistant prosecutor before transitioning to private practice, where he represented clients in criminal defense and injury claim matters. In 1978, he assumed the role of senior partner, founding Yanchuck and Thompson in downtown St. Petersburg.

 

Over the years, Mr. Yanchuck has earned a reputation for successfully negotiating injury claims through the mediation process. This achievement stems from his extensive courtroom experience, comprehensive understanding of insurance adjusters, and meticulous preparation.
